Our farm also has an extensive olive grove. From a wide selection of different species of olives, we select a small batch of Koroneiki olives to make a top quality EVOO.
The Koroneiki, originally from Greece, struggles in the cold but is a highly productive species. Its oil, rich in oleic acid and polyphenols, has secondary notes reminiscent of artichokes and almonds. With a prolonged lifespan, the Koroneiki EVOO has a fruity character and offers a good balance between bitterness and spiciness.
